    Convergence/Walt Disney Travel Company: After many years of requests from high-performing travel agents, the Walt Disney Travel Company established their "Earmarked" program to provide an official level of recognition for superior product knowledge and sales volume.
  • Tradition "Rack Brochure":
    Convergence/Core Communities: This was the first "rack brochure" for the town of Tradition Florida. This type of brochure, providing a general overview of the property, was distributed to most any email inquiry or visitor to the Welcome Center.
  • "Vision Brochure" for Tradition Florida:
    Convergence/Core Communities: This is the "vision brochure" for Tradition Florida. A much more expensive piece than the "rack brochure," it is given to serious prospects who express real interest in the community.
  • Rack Brochure 2 for Tradition Florida:
    Convergence/Core Communities: A few years later, this was the second "rack brochure" for Tradition Florida. Feedback from the sales team said that people were attracted by the access to the region's beaches, the safety of Port St. Lucie and the appeal of Tradition itself. So I decided to take the familiar "Location, location, location" real estate mantra and "drill down" from region, to city, to community.
  • Vision Brochure for Tradition Hilton Head:
    Convergence/Core Communities: A couple of years ago, Core Communities launched a second Tradition master-planned community in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, near Hilton Head Island. This is a recent revision to the more expensive "vision brochure" for that development.
  • Large-Format Book for Core Communities:
    Convergence/Core Communities: This is a large-format book that was contributed by developer Core Communities to a county-wide public and private economic development effort to attract bio-tech and life science companies to the area.
